Can you tell it was past Lydia's nap time and she doesn't want to be bothered with taking pictures when there are cousins to play with??? We should have snapped some photos that morning before church. Oh well.
We had Rhett's baby blessing on October 16th. It was pretty short notice, we didn't even notify our bishop until the week before! We weren't sure if/when my parents would be able to come to Utah, so we were trying to plan the blessing around them so they could attend. We just had family there, and it was so nice that so much of our family could come. The priesthood holders that stood in the circle. Grant's brother Aaron, Grant, Rhett, my Dad, and Grant's Dad.
We were grateful my parents could come for the blessing, especially since my mom couldn't be there for Rhett's birth. It was fun to have them stay with us that weekend. Lydia LOVED having both sets of grandparents at church with her. She thought it was the coolest thing ever!
Rhett was so good during the blessing. I'm so grateful to have a healthy baby boy, and a sweet little girl to care for each day. I am also grateful for a loving husband who honors his priesthood and was worthy to bless our son.
