Lydia's favorite things

Lydia is growing like a weed and we just can't get enough of her! She is such a little goofball and totally knows it. At her 18 month appointment (almost 2 months ago!) she weighed in at 23 lb. (30th percentile--woohoo!), had a crazy growth spurt and grew 4 inches in 6 months (jumping from the 24th to the 62nd percentile!), and as always her head is topping out the charts. :)

She is a healthy, happy, veru curious little girl. Some of her favorite things as of late include:

watching Daddy play games on his iPhone

(Grant loves it because this is one of the few times Lydia will snuggle) dressing up

cheesing it up for the camera

trying on Mommy's heels

wandering the house pants-less while parading in Mommy's shoes

giggling and playing in her crib

and cheesing it up some more. :)

Other areas of interest include meticulously caring for her baby doll, mothering all of the real babies in our ward, twirling in circles, singing, reading books, trying on all of her clothes, playing outside, balloons, and being the absolute center of attention. She is starting to be a mama's girl just a bit and I can't say I mind at all. Grant, however, is not a fan of it. I'm just welcoming the attention after a year and a half of the extreme Daddy's girl phase. We love her lots. :)
